Finding a product

Shop pages show categories we can discuss sourcing for you. Illustrations do not identify a particular product in stock. Add categories and quantities to your list, or describe a specific request. Continue to WhatsApp to review and send your message.

We confirm the exact product, specifications, availability, full price, delivery or collection options, and applicable return and warranty terms in a quotation. An item in your list is a request, not a reserved item or a paid order.

Asking for a service

Choose a service and describe the issue or outcome you want. We confirm the work in scope, any remote or on-site arrangements, availability and a quote before work begins. Sending an enquiry does not confirm an appointment.

Payments and orders

This website does not currently collect payments or create confirmed orders. Make any purchase commitment only after you have received and accepted the exact offer and its fulfilment terms through the agreed conversation. Never share an M-PESA PIN, one-time code or account password.

Offering products or services

The seller form prepares an introduction to Chochote. We discuss eligibility, listing details, fees, supply capacity, fulfilment and customer support before any offer is approved. An application does not automatically create a seller account or publish a listing.

Using free tools

The available tools process your input on your device. They do not upload your image, text or generated password to Chochote. Save your results before leaving the page. Details are explained beside each tool and in our privacy information.
