Your shop and products

Use accurate business details, product descriptions, photos you have permission to publish and current prices in Kenyan shillings. You are responsible for the items you offer and for keeping your listings up to date. Do not list unlawful, counterfeit or stolen goods.

Publishing and contact

Published products appear immediately. Your shop name, description, location and chosen contact details are public. Your sign-in email stays private unless you also enter it as your public business email. You can edit a product or return it to draft from your workspace. Chochote may hide listings that are inaccurate, inappropriate or the subject of a complaint.

Orders and fulfilment

Customers contact you directly to agree stock, payment, delivery, returns and support. Chochote’s current seller listings do not process checkout or hold customer payments. Explain your terms clearly before accepting an order and honour the agreement you make with the customer.

Account and support

Keep your account credentials private. For an account issue, disputed listing or a request to remove your shop and personal information, contact Chochote through the website contact form.
